Our premier manufacturing center, located on Water Street, Dock #3 in Amesbury MA, sits along the Powwow River in a repurposed ammunition holding World War II half dome. #coolworkspace

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Boat Builder to join our small team of proud, dedicated and talented builders. This is a manufacturing role that supports the building team performing a variety of production tasks. Do you love kayaking or canoeing? Work in a bicycle shop, outdoor retailer or paddle sports shop? This could be the next step to get into the industry with a manufacturer. We’re growing and there’s a lot of room to grow with us. Training will be provided in composite manufacturing and other aspects of our build process. You’ll be working alongside team members and experienced management staff to show you the ropes and build a solid foundation for you to “build on”.
